The upgrade to a bigger room after an initial mix-up impressed me. it actually matched the photos I booked. From the balcony, the sea view creates a soothing slice of paradise that makes the room feel even more special.

I ran into trouble with the bathroom. water drained so slowly after showers that it left standing water, requiring the cleaning crew to address it before I could enjoy the space fully. the early check-in policy was annoying, as I had to pay for an additional room when they couldn't accommodate me at the requested time.

Had a fantastic time! The room was stunning with a sea view, but the service could've been heaps better with the coffee capsules.

The culinary experience at Centara was a feast for the senses! The breakfast spread was off the charts, with exceptional omelettes freshly made by Desmond and his team. Nearby, I discovered Caprice and its mouth-watering grills that took my taste buds on an epic adventure! shoutout to the spacious Junior Sea View Suite that allowed for a luxurious stay.

Oh, the bathroom design is lovely but there’s a serious PROBLEM with the tub clogging after every shower. I had to get the staff in to clear the waterlog more than once. Despite that hiccup, everything else still shined during my stay.

The well-equipped kitchen made our family meals a delight, while the clean bathrooms and elegant interiors elevated our experience. Wow, the sea view from our junior suite was just breathtaking! The staff were super friendly, especially the chommie at reception who sorted our check-in sharp-sharp. The Thai breakfast was to die for, a real lekker way to start the day!

Only downside was the pool area got packed. a bit noisy at times! But overall, it didn’t spoil the fun.

Family with children paradise

The staff were kind and went above and beyond, especially with the kids club where my children could burn off some energy, which was a lifesaver for us. The breakfast buffet at the Thai kitchen was a real treat, with a range of delicious options that kept everyone satisfied.

It wasn’t cheap but still reasonable for all the amenities they offer.

Just spent 3 nights in a fab Deluxe Two Bedroom City View Residence! The rooms were super clean, and the staff were just awesome. Loved the in-room breakfast. it was a nice treat every morning! My only gripe was the pool area could get a bit crowded at times, but overall, it was a great experience.

the view was not as great as expected , but the pool area was beautiful 💦. the staff was very friendly and made everything easier. the gym was well-equipped and nice. The room was spacious!

The Deluxe Two Bedroom City View Residence was spacious with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and great amenities like an indoor pool and sauna. Loved the hair treatments and fitness center. Really enjoyed having a fresh breakfast, and the staff were super helpful with requests like high chairs. Nice touch with the toiletries too!

The indoor pool and sauna were great for relaxation. The sea-facing suite had a useful kitchenette perfect for families.

Great view from the room and nice indoor pool, but parking was a bit tricky.
